Have you eaten salmon today? I haven’t but I have heard about the benefits of eating salmon the ones i found below. Still that doesn’t mean you should go out and buy as much salmon as you can and start consuming immediately. Like the old saying, moderation is the key and coupled with frequent exercises, it will lead to healthy living…

  • Salmon is an excellent source of protein.
  • It helps improve the production of collagen, keratin and melanin.
  • It also helps to prevent those little dry patches that you might have noticed on your face.
  • Salmon has even found to make you less prone to wrinkles beause it is so rich in omega-3 fatty acids.
  • This fish has shown to help boost the skin’s ability to retain water.
  • There is now medical evidence to prove that eating salmon can actually help relieve depression, joint stiffness, premenstrual syndrome.
